Terms of service.

By booking an appointment, visiting our studio, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All services are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking for full sets and larger appointments. Deposits are credited toward the final price of your service on the day of your visit.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. No shows forfeit the deposit and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

We allow a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes we reserve the right to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to honor the next guest's time. The full service price still applies.

We stand by our work. If a nail breaks or lifts within 5 days of your appointment, contact us to schedule a complimentary repair. After 5 days a small repair fee applies. We cannot guarantee work that has been altered by another nail technician.

Prices listed on our menu are starting points. Final pricing may vary based on length, design complexity, and the condition of your natural nails. We will always confirm pricing before beginning your service.

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, infections, or recent injuries before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service when continuing would risk your health or ours.

We are committed to providing a calm, respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise disrupts the studio.

We may photograph completed nail work for our portfolio and social media. Faces and identifying details will never be shown without your explicit consent. Let us know if you'd prefer we don't photograph your set.

JB Nail Studio is not liable for damage to personal items left in the studio or for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the service in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
